Not using ' Low Saps ' oil does cause problems with carbon build up on EGR valves but I have never had an issue using Supermarket diesel. Change oil often and use correct C2 Low SAPS oil. Also EGR valves can usually be cleaned out and refitted, rather than spending £££ on a new one each time.

Once recovered by the AA, the Citroen Dealer ran the fault diagnosis and ended up replacing the FAP Exhaust Pressure Sensor (part 1618Z9), the mounting bracket (part 1618PN) and associated pipes (part 1618RT). This solved the problem and the car has been running fine ever since (10k miles covered since then).

I’m getting fault code P0192 (Fuel pressure signal: Short circuit to earth) So I am going to change the Fuel Pressure Sensor 1920 GW and Seal 1920 TG. From looking around the internet the socket size for the sensor is 27mm.
Jan 2, 2010 · Have got a citroen picasso 05 plate, and for the past few months the battery charge fault light will appear now and then. happens if i am driving or idleing. reving the car will sometimes solve the issue otherwise it stays on till the engine is switched off and warning light will then come back on at a later date. have had it checked by a garage but they have said they find no fault at all

Hello, Also worth checking that the glow-plug relay is switching off as they can stick on and leave the glow plugs also on - on some cars this can force it into limp home. Also worth considering adding a bottle of injector
